I am a Remedial Massage Therapist trained in South Africa with a passion to contribute to optimizing someone’s quality of life. I believe in living a balanced life and realize how challenging it is to maintain. It is my goal to communicate with my clients to get a clear understanding of what physical needs need to be met to achieve this part of their balance.

I have 25 years of experience working with a broad range of clients. From Post-operative therapy to stress relief, I like to incorporate different modalities that range from relaxation massage to deep tissue including myofascial release, cupping and trigger point therapy. These modalities do extend to Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy, Pregnancy Massage and Lymphatic Drainage. Combining these different techniques makes for a relaxing, yet effective massage relieving tight muscles from everyday use or injuries resulting from overuse.
I have acquired an excellent reputation among doctors in the Howick / Manukau area. If you have been referred by a physician, I will work with your doctor to come up with a plan of treatment that will benefit you the most. I can also provide referrals for physicians should we feel that you may need additional treatment to what I provide.
